My experience at The Chattanoogan was a mix of highs and lows. The spa services were exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff ensuring a relaxing time. However, the hotel itself fell short with cleanliness issues and a less-than-ideal check-in experience. While the rooftop views were lovely, the noise from nearby festivities and inadequate management of bookings left much to be desired.

However, I did face some challenges like a poorly communicated fire alarm situation and unsettling reports of bed bugs during my stay, which put a damper on things.
